A massive housing development is launching in Dublin this weekend.

The Clay Farm homes and apartments in Leopardstown will bring three and four bed homes to the market with a starting price of €470,000.

However, demand is so high that potential buyers have been queuing since Monday hoping to get their hands on a home.

The selling agent, Savills, resorted to issuing tickets to stop the excessive queuing according to Dublin Live.

The development currently has permission to build for 163 houses and 262 apartments, but developers hope to get planning permission for an extra 900 homes.

Open viewing at Clay Farm will take place this Saturday and Sunday from 2-4pm.
