A massive housing development is launching in Dublin this weekend.
The Clay Farm homes and apartments in Leopardstown will bring three and four bed homes to the market with a starting price of €470,000.
However, demand is so high that potential buyers have been queuing since Monday hoping to get their hands on a home.
The selling agent, Savills, resorted to issuing tickets to stop the excessive queuing according to Dublin Live.
