Sure, isn’t the dream to cook some grub while chilling in the comforts of your own bed at the same time?
No?
Oh.
This daft.ie ad went on the property’s website on Tuesday and within 48 hours has received over 20,000 views.
The Dublin studio apartment – which is located at George’s Hill, Drogheda Street in Balbriggan – is being advertised on the website for a steep €1,050 and with it you get a sofa bed which is wedged up nice and tight to the oven.
The apartment is described as a “beautiful Victorian studio apartment to let in a conservation 1882 house in Balbriggan town centre.”
The ad continues: “The studio room is blessed with stunning period features, including its protected fireplace, window benches and coving. It is newly decorated with Laura Ashley fabrics and paints.
“Your room faces south onto George’s Hill, a quiet side street in Balbriggan’s new creative quarter. From here, it’s a five minute stroll to Balbriggan’s famous sandy beach, with its 1761 lighthouse, swimming, long walks, runs and outdoor gym.
“This studio is an open plan kitchen bedroom sitting room, and is available for at least one year.
“There is also a large sunny south facing yard with a bench and washing line shared with the other two tenants that live in the other rooms of this very friendly building.
This is the third time that it has gone up for rent on the website also and in three months, the price of the rent for it has risen by €100:
- €1,050 (up by €60) May 30, 2018
- €990 (up by €40) May 18, 2018
- €950 First Listed Mar 10, 2018
