The Dublin studio apartment - which is located at George's Hill, Drogheda Street in Balbriggan - is being advertised on the website for €900 and with it you get a sofa bed which is wedged up nice and tight to the oven.

The owners say another bedroom at the property will be available to rent, from the end of January, at an additional €250 a month bringing the total to €1,150 if the tenant wishes to rent the additional bedroom.

The apartment is described as a "beautiful Victorian studio apartment to let in a conservation 1882 house in Balbriggan town centre."

The ad continues: "The studio room is blessed with stunning period features, including its protected fireplace, window benches and coving. It is newly decorated with Laura Ashley fabrics and paints.

"Its owners have also lovingly restored, renovated and sound/heat insulated it. Being above a pottery, it is very warm and comes complete with double sofa bed fitted wardrobes and cupboards, washing machine and dishwasher.

"This studio is an open plan kithchen bedroom sitting room, and is available for at least one year but shorter leases are also considered.

"From the end of January an additional bedroom at the property will be available to rent at an additional €250 a month so the rent would be €1150, if you chose to rent this too.

"Residential parking permit possible outside the front of the building for €11 a year."
