This ‘Superbly Presented’ Studio Apartment In Foxrock Is a Complete Joke

Roll up, roll up. This may be the most overpriced rental we’ve seen in Dublin yet. 

We’re well used to seeing disgraceful ‘studio’ apartments on Daft.ie, but there’s usually some sort of acknowledgement that the place is a dive in the price point. 

This brazen homeowner, however, has whacked a premium price on a tiny space with a makeshift bed. 

(Yes, it appears that couch is your bed). 

The apartment at Kill Lane, Foxrock, is suitable for one tenant only (we can see why) but nonetheless is an eye watering €940 per month. 

It’s described as a ‘bright, superbly presented studio… fully furnished in quiet neighbourhood.’ 

It’s a good thing that it’s ‘within walking distance of restaurants and bars’ because you’d need a stiff drink after spending the night on that sofa bed. Not that you’d be able to afford more than one. 

The apartment has been viewed on the site over 7,000 times since it was listed five days ago. 

Nobody snapped it up at its original price of €990 per month. Shocker.
