The Dublin rental market is pretty much taking the piss at this point. But it’s listings like this that really make us wonder if 2016 is actually the year of the incoming apocalypse…
Yesterday, a mobile home, located in Egansfield, Donabate, Co. Dublin was put up on Daft.ie to rent.
Donning the title ‘studio apartment’, this one-bedroom ‘flat’ is going for a whopping €700 a month, and ‘would only appeal to someone who thinks laterally‘, apparently.
Upon clambering up the wooden ladder to reach your portable abode, you will find the following inside:
- A French Art-Deco log stove
- Oak flooring
- Power-shower
- Retro bathroom suite
- Gas runtal radiators
- Double-glazed windows
The ad states that this living space would only suit quiet, civilised people who love seaside walks, cliff walks, forest walks and peace and quiet.
The €700 monthly tag includes bins, water and electricity bills.
