This Clonsilla Room To Rent Comes With Some VERY Intense House Rules

kaylawalsh

The Dublin rental market can be a nightmare, and most of us have ended up living with people we don’t like at one stage or another.

But this…this is a whole other level.

We got sent this Daft.ie ad for a house share in Clonsilla, and it’s extremely strange.

It’s €450 to rent a double room in the property, but there’s a bit of a catch.

One of your housemates will be a “Lithuanian old guy” who sees himself as a “step landlord” and has a very particular set of rules.

According to the ad, the incoming tenant won’t be allowed to use the dishwasher or dining table, talk loudly on the phone, or turn on the central heating when they’re cold.

They’ll have to pay an equal share of the bills even though they’re not allowed to watch the TV or enter the sitting room, and they won’t be allowed to park outside the house.

But worst of all, they’re not allowed to WALK normally.

The ad also only came with one picture – which was upside down.

If this is real, it’s pretty bleak…
