We all know that property prices in Dublin are absolutely mental right now, but this one really takes the cake. 

We spotted a cottage in Portobello on sale for over half a million euro – and it doesn’t even have a parking space. 

At just 646sq ft it’s not quite the size you’d expect for the asking price, either. 

We won’t deny that it’s pretty, and Portobello is one of the nicest areas going. 

But still – €535k for five rooms? You’ve got to be joking.
