Ok, so if you were forking out €1,050,000 for a house you’d probably expect somewhere a bit bigger and swankier than this. 

But that doesn’t mean we can’t take a minute to appreciate this (mad expensive) Monkstown beauty. 

The quirky three-bedroom has a lovely living room with a Jotul wood burning stove and an adorable handcrafted kitchen. 

There are also stunning views across Dublin bay, which is just a short walk away. 

But our favourite thing about this place has got to be the Tim Austen designed garden.
