One area that is exploding in popularity is Dublin 8 as it welcomes young professionals, families and new arrivals to the city.
Only a stone's throw from the city centre, it means a shorter commute for many and with an abundance of new businesses moving into the area (offering cheaper rents), it's fast becoming a great part of the city to live.
