You Could Be Living In This Dublin Pad For A “Mere” €890 A Month

We all know that the property crisis in Dublin is very real and that there seems to be very little being done about it.

To highlight just how bad things are we thought we’d share this ridiculously small granny flat that the lads on Broadsheet highlighted today.

You’d expect Drimnagh to be among the more affordable parts of the city with some good value on offer but this 1 bedroom flat is coming in at a whopping €890 a month.

Some of the main features as they see them include…

  • Double glazed uPVC patio door and windows.
  • Compact kitchen area including under-counter cabinets, 2-ring hob and microwave.
  • Laminated flooring.
  • Quality shower room.
  • Separate entrance.
  • Close to all public transport and red LUAS line.

While it is hard to argue with any of the above the fact that your bed is pretty much in the kitchen and that the place would be rammed if more than 2 friends showed up is what we’d be focusing on.

If this is your dream home though do check out the full listing on Daft.
