We know that some people can be picky about who they live with, but a group of five people have just put an advert on Daft.ie for a house share that’s quite frankly mind-boggling.

They want to rent a room in this place for €300 a month

Their first requests are fairly standard, although woman are ruled out immediately…

We are looking for someone to share our home with in Rathmines. You will be sharing with 6 other people (professional from Ireland, Belgium, Spain). 

We are looking for a guy with perfect English who is friendly, clean and respectful. Most importantly we need to find a good fit for our family house (we’re all very close and thus are interested in meeting people who are friends).
