When it comes to planning trips around Europe, for some reason Luxembourg rarely features at the top of the list. I mean, maybe you don’t like miles of stunning countryside and unique architecture located in a city that is so small it’s easy to see everything in one day. But that’s your call.

If you are into all that, however, then Ryanair has answered your prayers today. The airline has launched a new route from Dublin to the landlocked country which will operate three times every week, meaning there’s no excuse not to tick this one off your list.

Along with Luxembourg, Ryanair has also announced a new route German city Frankfurt and both services are part of its seven new destinations from Dublin Airport this winter along with Athens, Bari, Marrakesh, Santander and Paphos.

Speaking at the launch, Dublin Airport Managing Director Vincent Harrison said “The addition of these new services further enhances Dublin Airport’s route network and provides greater choice and flexibility for customers. We will work closely with Ryanair to help promote these new routes.”
