Some of our absolute favourite Irish designers have come together and opened a new store on the top floor of The Powerscourt Centre on South William St.
[MADE] is jam packed full of Irish fashion, jewellery, bags and accessories – plus the lofty space is lending its walls to Irish photographers and artists, showcasing their work via monthly exhibitions.
This shop is gorgeous – and badly needed. A lot of Irish designers find it really hard to sell their wares on Irish soil. The space is bright and airy, the pieces in here are seriously covetable and the fact that this is a space showcasing the best and boldest in Irish design has our hearts singing. Supporting local is really important, but it’s also super beneficial when it comes to filling your wardrobe. The high street has its place, of course, but when you buy a Chupi ring or a Laura Kinsella hat here you know you’re taking home something utterly unique and special.
Everyone from Danielle Romeril, Sorcha O’Raghallaigh, We Are Islanders and Emma Manley as well as a selection of up-and-coming designers are on sale here.
It’s about time Irish designers had a space all of their own, so pop in this weekend and check it our for yourself. Congratulations to the [MADE] team!
