If living alone is your idea of heaven, then you're in luck.

Studio apartments in Dublin can set you back anything from €800 up to well over €1,000 these days.

So when we spotted this 'lil one in Drumcondra we were pleasantly surprised.

It's €650 per month, is completely self-contained and is located on St. Comlumba's Road Upper.

The studio is available for move-in immediately and the lease is a minimum of six months.

The ad on Daft.ie says that it is a "recently decorated and very clean" bedsit.

It's a five minute walk to Drumcondra Station, which means public transport in every form is only a stone's throw away.

The bedsit is located on the first floor of a "quiet house on a nice street".

Bills are not included and you will share a washing machine and dryer with others.

The only downside is that the room only has a single bed (and doesn't look like it can fit much more) so only one person can inhabit this tiny gaff.

Although, that's probably for the best based on size.
