If you’re house-hunting in Dublin, one thing is for sure – you’re going to hear a lot of bold claims.
‘Cosy one-bedroom’ is often likely to be a converted utility closet, while ‘centrally located’ could literally be anywhere.
However, there’s one ad in particular that caught our eye while browsing on Daft this week as it is claiming to be ‘the best house share in the country’.
Located in Smithfield, this double en-suite room is available in a converted Georgian house and, to be fair, it looks pretty comfy.
As well as the best house share, it’s also descried as the “cosiest friendliest house share in the country” and the “best spot in town”.
The catch? Paying €800 a month to share with six other people sounds a little bit steep to us.
We admire their sales skills though!
