We know the property scene in Dublin is hellish right now, but this is a whole other level.
For €325 a month you can now share a tiny, grotty room in Glasnevin with four other people.
Or for €350, you can share an equally horrible room with three others.
There are nine people already living in this house and they're looking for SEVEN more.
That's sixteen poor souls in a place that really doesn't look that big and is in serious need of a revamp.
The single and twin rooms in the house cost €600 a month, which is truly shocking.
"The property is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood," reads the ad.
"The nationalities are Japanese, Mexican, Brazilian, Indian, Portuguese, Irish and Taiwanese.
"The property has all the modcoms [sic]".
We're surprised they didn't try to fit a few more beds on the "balcony", to be honest.
It's available for you to move in immediately - once your references check out, of course.
Obviously it's close to DCU and St Pats and they're advertising it as a "student house" with free tea and coffee and so on, but we think this is just a step too far.
