This Dublin Company Is Recruiting In a VERY Millennial Way

While applying for a job can be quite formal and repetitive, this Dublin company’s recruitment process is a little different, and involves none other than Snapchat.

Yes, Rainforest Adventure Golf which is located at Dundrum Town Centre are looking to hire staff for their crazy golf outlet but are asking hopefuls to submit a 30 second video to Snapchat outlining why they would be a good fit for the job.

If you hope to bag yourself an interview, you will have to submit a video – so if you’re good on camera, you could be in with a chance.

General manager, Darrin O’Toole spoke to the Independent and said, “We are six years in business now and we have a great record when it comes to customer service and we want to continue that.

“We figure it would be a fun people to get people in – anyone can hand in a CV. We are looking for people who are a good fit and who can make people leave with a smile.”

If you’re successful you will be called in for a more formal interview process.
