Rathgar has to be one of the nicest areas in Dublin to live and it certainly is if house prices are anything to go by.
Today we wanted to share a house that looks fairly ordinary on the outside, but as soon you step through the front door you’ll realise that it is very special indeed.
In fairness the €3.25 million price tag should be a bit of a giveaway.
It even has a full sized snooker table. All we'll have to do now is hope for a lottery win and then we can snap it up for €3.25 Million.
