We're all curious about what's inside the homes of others.
We want to see if they've done anything interesting with the place, have they got any strange decor, or is the place shining clean like some sort of immaculate palace.
Basically we've a perverse desire to torture ourselves with all the stuff we don't have ourselves.
It's this desire that drives us to peer behind the front doors of places like 32 Zion Road in Rathgar. The facade is pretty but subdued, not particularly remarkable when compared with its neighbours.
No, this home becomes truly interesting only once you've looked past that facade.
Inside you'll find no room like the other, each with its own colour scheme or theme, with colourful patterns and lines unfolding throughout the building.
There's a room like a bar with its own snug, a long conservatory that could be a fancy restaurant, and a gorgeous garden like a hidden treasure.

With the effort, the love, and the care that went into this place, not to mention the sheer spaciousness — dear God the spaciousness — it's no wonder that this gaff fetches for €2,250,000.
