Two MASSIVE Acts Have Been Announced For Dublin’s Beatyard Festival

The summer’s festival line-up is looking pretty damn promising and this latest announcement is taking things to a whole new level.

Beatyard takes place the first weekend of August and is always a deadly festival, mixing the best of tunes with some seriously delish food.

The team behind it have really upped their game this year though, as they’ve just announced that Mark Ronson and Air will be headlining the event.

YAAAAAAAASSSSSS!

If that wasn’t enough to get you excited, Ronson will be joined on Saturday 5 August by none other than Choice Music Prize winner (and all-round legends) Rusangano Family, soul slingers Barq and our fav 80s guilty pleasure Bananarama.

Larry Heard (aka Mr Fingers) will also play his first live show in Ireland at Beatyard, while Romare, Horse Meat Disco, Famous Eno and Embrz round out the bill.

Think they can’t top that? Think again.

Sunday 6 August has another whopper line-up featuring Air, Toots and the Maytals, Candi Staton, Bananarama, Mood II Swing, Fish Go Deep and Mama Kasbah.

The ethereal Katie Kim and alt-trad-rockers Kila are also confirmed, with more acts to be announced.

As well as the music, there’ll also be outdoor food market Eatyard, Banteryard with Jim Carroll, Studioyard (art, tech and design), Kidsyard and Gamesyard.

It’s all happening out in Dun Laoghaire and a weekend ticket is a bargain at €89. Better still, you can get your hands on 2-For-1 day tickets for Saturday and Sunday right now!

What are you waiting for? We’ll see you there…
