As any veteran best man will tell you, planning a stag isn’t a walk in the park.

Planning where you’ll all be staying, eating and wetting the whistle is tough. Then you have to sort out timings, deposits and make sure your chosen venues are close to each other and within budget.

And you have to be certain they won’t chuck you out when they realise you’re a stag.

So to make your lives easier we’ve compiled a list of stag-friendly hotels in Dublin that have pretty sweet all-in stag party packages.

1. Ballsbridge Hotel

The Ballsbridge Hotel on Pembroke Road is a handy taxi ride into town, and offers great all-in packages for stags.

Their ‘Guys Break in Dublin’ package includes accommodation, an evening meal in their on-site Dubliner pub, full Irish brekkie, free WiFi and car parking, and a complimentary bucket of beers to have in your room before you head out.

2. Temple Bar Hotel

The Temple Bar Hotel on Fleet Street specialises in stags – you’d want to in that neck of the woods, really.

From €150pp sharing (one night) or €250pp sharing (two nights) is offering a nifty party package including accommodation, all-day full Irish (with a pint o’ course), a two-course dinner in their restaurant and entry to Alchemy nightclub

3. The Harcourt Hotel

Located but a drunken stumble from loads of great bars and clubs – and only up the road from Grafton Street – the Harcourt Hotel on Harcourt Street has BBQ packages for stags, with free entry to Dtwo nightclub next door and a private area for your group.

And if you time the stag with a match or a big game they can sort ye out with seats in front of their 20-foot outdoor screen.

4. Kildare Street Hotel

If you know your ‘Rhythm Is A Dancer’ from your ‘Groove Is In The Heart’ then Kildare Street’s stag package might be up your alley.

From €129pp their ‘Ultimate Stag Party’ package offers two nights’ accommodation, grub in their Blarney Inn pub and entry to purveyor of the 80s and 90s floorfiller, Club Nassau, where you can find out once and for all if rhythm truly is a source of madness.

5. The Waterside House Hotel

Now while it’s not actually in town, we included the Waterside House Hotel in Donabate because there’s so much going on on-site ye wouldn’t need to leave. And did we mention it’s right on the beach?

The hotel is offering stag packages from €119 pp which give you the option to customise with the likes of golf, beach activities, an adventure day at the nearby Courtlough, cooking classes or a session in their Tower Bar.
