Ireland’s First All Vegan Grocery Store Has Opened In Dublin

Sarah Finnan

People are all about sustainability these days and now Veganic is here to keep the momentum going.

Ireland’s first and only all-vegan grocery store has opened in St Stephen’s Green to help make eating a plant-based diet that bit easier.

Vegan cuisine is on the up and up and gone are the days when people thought all a meal consisted of was leaves.

The team at Veganic describe themselves as quite a varied bunch, saying on their website “we are organic enthusiasts, vegans, flexitarians, zero waste practitioners and omnivores working to reduce their meat consumption”.

So essentially you don’t even have to be a vegan or living off a fully plant-based diet to shop here.

Boasting an impressive range of products, there are meat and dairy alternatives, organic plant-based cosmetics, and even a zero-waste section with zero-waste dispensers to help cut down on plastic.

Good for you, good for the planet. Now that’s something we can get on board with.
