One of the city’s favourite food trucks has just announced that it will open at a second Dublin location early next month.
Set up by brothers Eoin and Hugh, Mad Yolks aims to put the humble egg at the centre of every creation.

Regulars at The Barbers Bar in Stoneybatter, they can be found “slinging eggs” there Tuesday-Sunday, and Saturdays at the Red Stables Market in St Ann’s Park.
Expanding once again, the duo will soon call The Fourth Corner in the Liberties home too.

Getting ready for a big opening weekend November 9th and 10th, there will be plenty of food, cocktails and good vibes to go around.
Using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the twosome is responsible for whipping up some of the capital’s finest sambos.
