Dublin Bus has confirmed this morning that all services will be withdrawn from 10am due to Hurricane Ophelia.
Last night, the company said that updates may take place this morning and at 8.45am it tweeted that they hope to get services up and running again at 7pm.

“Morning peak services are operating as normal. There will be significant disruption to services from 10am to 7pm. We hope to return at 7pm or when we can safely operate our services.”
