Moonpig’s Mother’s Day Tattoo Takeover is returning to Dublin.
Following last year’s success, Moonpig will be taking over Drury Street’s iconic Heartbreak Social Club, with this year’s event set to be even bigger and bolder.
The takeover will take place from 11am-7pm on both Monday, March 9, and Tuesday, March 10.
Additionally, because Moonpig is now delivering fresh flowers nationwide, this year’s event will be quite literally in full bloom.
The exterior of Heartbreak Social Club will be transformed with a striking floral installation, creating a vibrant backdrop for those brave enough to commit to the ink.

The tattoos, which will be done on a first come first served basis, gives the public the chance to honour their Mam, or the mother figure in their life, with a complimentary fine-line tattoo.
Not only that, but there will also be surprise giveaways across the two days, because while tattoos may last forever, Mother’s Day treats don’t just stop at skin deep.
The takeover is just one part of Moonpig Ireland’s wider Mother’s Day celebrations such as their personalised cards (including new GIANT cards for those going big for Mam), to fresh flower delivery nationwide.
While we need no excuse to celebrate our wonderful Mammy’s, Mother’s Day is a chance to honour the little things they do every day with gestures that are anything but small.
“The response to last year’s Tattoo Parlour Takeover was incredible. We were blown away by how many people wanted to celebrate their Mam in such a bold and personal way,” said Alice Kinsella, Country Lead at Moonpig Ireland.
“So, we are back, and this year we are going even bigger. Mother’s Day is about showing love in a way that feels meaningful to you, whether that is a giant card, a beautiful bouquet, or a tattoo that says it all.”
You can shop for Moonpig's Mother’s Day cards and gifts now.
