The people of Dublin are being urged to do their bit for the homeless over the winter season.
Transdev Ireland, the company which operates the Luas, has launched their Christmas Shoe Box Appeal – it’s hoping to fill a tram with gifts for the city’s homeless this year.

The collection point will be at Connolly Station on Thursday December 8.
And all boxes will be distributed by Inner City Helping Homeless.
