Carroll’s buses are often used for school tours or tourism visits around the city centre, and we can’t say we’ve spotted one being clamped before – but there is, indeed, a first time for everything. 

Gearoid Kelly? took to Twitter to bring this to our attention, stating that he too believed that clampers are ‘ruthless’. 

Upon being asked the whereabouts of such a travesty, he then also let loose that he’s kinda gas.
