Remember The Video For ‘In Demand’ By Texas, Starring Alan Rickman? It Is Your Teenage Years

It’s difficult to think of anything beyond Alan Rickman today – his greatest roles, characters, films, scenes and even his off-screen quotes.

But here’s one you might have forgotten about.

Texas – the Scottish band who were HUGE in the nineties and noughties, but seem to have been forgotten over time – enlisted Rickman to star alongside singer Sharleen Spiteri in the video for their 2000 single ‘In Demand’.

The result was a poignant and beautiful piece of film, which features a truly unforgettable dance scene in the forecourt of a garage.
