Just when you thought we were in for a bit of a mild spell, we get this news.
The day is set to be cool, bright and breezy with sunny spells and scattered showers, with temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees. That’s all fine.
Tonight, however, is expected to be positively freezing, with temperatures set to drop as low as 0 to -2 degrees Celsius here in the east, according to Met Éireann.
So we can expect lots of frost tomorrow morning too.
