The Ultimate Brunch Burger – Free Range Chicken, Smoked Bacon, Avocado And Egg

We also know that eating out every day of the week is not an option financially so we decided to create the ultimate recipe for you to make at home. You could go with beef but we are rolling out the big guns with organic chicken, smoked bacon and avocado today. Off the freaking charts good...

Instructions

Step 1

Now while this is a simple recipe the absolute key is buying good ingredients. There is no fancy sauce or anything else masking poor quality produce so splash out on the very ripest avocado and best chicken you can get.

Step 2

Slice the chicken breasts in half. Fuck a bit of salt, pepper and oil onto them. You want the breasts thin so as they cook quickly but also so as they are not too big in the final burger.

Step 3

Get really good bacon. This is essential. The cheap shit is full of water and will ruin the entire burger.

Step 4

Throw the chicken breasts into a chargrill pan first. When it comes to flipping them lash in the bacon as well. Because both are so thin they'll only take a couple of minutes on each side tops.

Step 5

Peel the avocado and whip out the stone.

Step 6

Slice the bastard up and season it with salt, pepper and all of the lime juice.

Step 7

Slice the baps in half and throw them into the toaster.

Step 8

Getting very close to assembling time already. Whip the chicken and bacon off the heat.

Step 9

Throw the chicken onto the bacon. Tidy as possible.

Step 10

Lash the cheese on top in thin slices

Step 11

Throw the breasts into the oven or under the grill for a couple of minutes. All you want to do here is melt the cheese.

Step 12

Throw a frying pan on with a bit of oil and fry and egg.

Step 13

When it is half cooked flip the fucker over for 30 seconds. You don't want a big runny egg ruining the whole burger. Firm but a bit of give in the yolk to make a natural sauce.

Step 14

At this stage you'll have everything ready to assemble.

Step 15

Start with the bap on the plate. Lash on the avocado. Remember food is as much about the presentation as the taste so make it nice and tidy.

Fuck on the chicken.

Lash the egg up on top and then throw the lid on it. You want to do this as fast as possible to keep the heat in it for serving it up.

Look at that beauty! Make this for your friends and they'll think you are some sort of Gordon Ramsay! Awesome!
