January is a time of new beginnings. Fresh starts, new calendars and heaps of #newyearnewme Facebook statuses. And number one atop of those pesky resolutions is always to eat a little cleaner. Forgive us for not jumping at the chance to up our steamed broccoli intake – but sometimes, eating clean can be a little daunting.
But you see, my friends, that was then and this is now. With literally dozens of health food spots recently popping up all over Dublin, we are totally spoiled for choice and should seize the opportunity and give our bodies a belated Christmas present – they work pretty hard, you know.
