Christmas Cocktails: Rudolph & Rhubarb Club Soda

It's the most wonderful time of the year! And it doesn't have to involve spending your night queuing or roaring orders at bewildered bar staff. 

Follow these easy steps below to recreate this festive cocktail in the comfort of your own home. 

Ingredients

• 40ml vodka
• 2 tablespoons of rhubarb jam
• 20ml lemon juice 
• Fresh ginger
• Club Soda

Recipe

1. Squeeze 20ml of fresh lemon (1/2 lemon) into a mixer
2. Stir in 2 tablespoons of rhubarb jam
3. Add 40ml vodka
4. Shake it up!
5. Pour over ice into your favourite glass
6. Top off with some Club Soda
7. Add a slice of fresh ginger for some decoration (and a little kick)
8. Enjoy!
