So us being foodies, we are fairly buzzed.
The return of DublinTown Food and Drink Festival, which will take over the city centre from Monday, October 14 to Sunday, October 20 with over 50 experiences taking place.
With so many food and drink experiences happening around the city centre as part of the festival, you're bound to find something to suit your tastes, interests and budget.
So, what can you expect?
Well, the festival officially launched on Tuesday, October 1 and gave guests just a taste of what was to come.
With meals served up from some of the city's most exciting eateries (such as Blazing Salads, San Lorenzo's and 101 Talbot) and drinks provided by House Dublin, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening that got us super excited for what the festival has to offer.
If you're a fan of Asian cuisine, there is a good bit to look forward to.
On Sunday, October 20, there will be an 'Asia Galloping Gourmet Tour' with Asia Market taking place from 12pm until 3pm, which is set to be a fantastic opportunity to try some delectable Asian bites and learn all about the history and culture attached to different dishes.

Also on Sunday, there will be a dumpling-making masterclass in The Vintage Teapot.
Cocktail connoisseurs will also have a good bit to look forward to.
On Tuesday, October 15, there will be a Mexican cocktail-making experience at Xico on Baggot Street, while on Wednesday, October 16, there will be a coffee cocktail-making masterclass at Vice Coffee.
And on Saturday, October 19, there will be a gin cocktail masterclass happening in NoLIta.

And if you're looking for other ways to get crafty over the festival, there will be a few more opportunities to do just that.
Fancy making some jam and scones? On Saturday, October 19, Camerino Bakery on Capel Street will host practical scones and jam baking class, where you'll get the chance to whip up some deliciously fluffy scones and some tasty jam.

Meanwhile, meat lovers are in for a treat with many events set to tickle their tastebuds during the festival, such as FIRE's Meat Feast Menu.

Lovers of whiskey will get the chance to discover the hidden gems of whiskey in Dublin on a tasting tour of the city on Wednesday, October 16 with Dublin Whiskey Experience.

Or if you're in the market for something chic and stylish during the festival, then head to Coppinger Row in Dublin's creative quarter. Guests will enjoy a classic duo of their famous Whole Garlic and Chili Prawns and their trademark Flo and Basy Cocktail for a special price of €20, available for the duration of the festival.

If you fancy getting artsy while enjoying a few drinks, then definitely check out Sip and Paint Club Mini Experience at The Church on Thursday, October 17, where you'll take part in a short 1-hour mini Paintclub and create your one-of-a-kind art piece of Dublin’s Ha’penny Bridge.
