Returning to the Iveagh Gardens from June 15-18, this Dublin food festival has tonnes in store for lovers of all things delish.
Every year there's a different theme and this time around it's 'Flavours Of The World', so every restaurant will offer foreign dishes or at least put an exotic twist on an Irish classic.
1. Make an action plan
There's so much to do at Taste that you need to plan ahead and do your research. Otherwise, you could miss out on some of the best bits! There's a lot of different demos masterclasses and tastings happening over the few days so check the schedule to make sure you catch your favourites.
2. Check out the menus
Obviously, the best thing about Taste Of Dublin is the food! Some of the country's best restaurants will be serving up tasty dishes every day and they will also be putting the menus up on the Taste website in advance so you can drool over all the treats that you're going to try.
This year's theme is Flavours Of The World - here's what you can look forward to!
3. Arrive on time
Each ticket for Taste comes with a four-hour time slot. This may seem like a long time but when you're surrounded by food, drinks and events, time flies! Get down there early and make the most of it.
This week is living proof that you can have four seasons in 24 hours in Ireland so make sure you're prepared for every eventuality! That means SPF, umbrellas, raincoats - you know the drill.
6. Stock up on your florins
Your euros are no good to you at Taste Of Dublin. Instead, the festival uses a special currency called florins that you can buy on site. Stock up on arrival and you're all set to enjoy the festival!
Taste of Dublin takes place at the Iveagh Gardens from June 15-18 and you can pick up your ticket HERE.
