One of the biggest festivals of the summer is on the horizon, and it’s safe to say that we are absolutely positively buzzing for it.
There will be an unreal lineup at Body & Soul this year, and here are some of our top picks of who to see at the festival this weekend.
Modeselektor
German electronic duo Modeselektor are set to “open your heart and change your world” as they take to the stage this weekend.
The popular German electronic duo has collaborated with the likes of Radiohead and Thom York, and their appearance at Body and Soul has been hotly anticipated since it was announced they would be playing the Body & Soul stage on Saturday from 12.35am until 1.45am.

Pillow Queens
Pillow Queens is one of the most exciting bands to come out of Dublin in the past couple of years.
Having formed in 2016, they’ve since released pure bops such as Gay Girls and Puppet.
They’ll be performing on the Woodlands stage on Friday night from midnight until 1am.

Laoise
Hailing from Galway, Laoise’s experimental and gritty electronic style of music is making waves across the Irish music scene and was named as RTÉ 2FM Radio ‘Rising Artist of 2018.
You can see her on the Body & Soul stage on Sunday from 4pm until 5pm.

The Blaze
French duo The Blaze is one to watch. They’ve already played at some of the most iconic festival stages around the world, including Coachella and Parklife.

Coely
We are absolutely buzzed for Coely to bring her funky take on hip hop to the Body & Soul stage.
She's been praised by hip hop superstars such as Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West and De La Soul.
Coely will be hitting the Midnight Circus stage on Saturday between 12.45am and 1.45pm.

Soak
Having recently released her album Grim Town, Derry-born singer-songwriter Soak's music is as honest and raw as it gets.
She'll take to the Body & Soul stage between 5.30pm and 6.30pm on Sunday, June 23.

Kneecap
Kneecap is hands down one of the most unique Irish acts around at the moment. Who knew hip hop and the Irish language could mix so well?

Flynn
Having only released his debut single Red Light early last year, Mullingar singer Flynn is combining both acoustic and synth elements into his music to become one of Ireland's hottest new acts.
He'll be performing on the Woodlands stage on Friday night from 1.40am until 2.15pm.

AE Mak
Aoife McCann, AKA AE Mak, combines elements of pop, folk, electronic and dance music to deliver truly unique music. She has supported acts such as Django Django and Warpaint.

Jafaris
Dublin based, hip-hop artist Percy Chamburuka better known by his stage name, Jafaris made waves across the Irish music scene with the release of his debut album Stride.
Coming from a background in dance, he landed a role in the 2016 Irish film Sing Street and has since performed at festivals like Forbidden Fruit, Longitude and Electric Picnic.
