5. Nice N Cheesy
Nice n Cheesy have made all of my cheese toastie dreams come true. These sandwiches are oozing with decadent cheese and full of taste.

The Kimchi Cheese Toastie here makes of all my pickled cheese dreams come true. I'd rarely finish an entire sandwich and I found myself picking the crumbs off my plate after this one.
The café also prepare freshly baked goods each morning including a delectable Paris Brest. If you've never heard of these (how have you lived) they are a nutty take on an éclair. It's kind of like the inside of a Kinder Bueno on a sweet, crunchy pastry topped with icing sugar and almonds a.k.a
heaven.
This cute spot is definitely one to check out whether you're just grabbing a quick coffee to go or you want to sit and have a hearty lunch.

Meltdown is Dublin's newest communal pop-up that serves melted cheese madness, artisan coffee and wine.
They take the wonderful Irish delicacy, that is the cheese toasty, to a whole new level with a range of drool-worthy flavours.
There are five decadent sandwiches on offer at the moment, each one cheesier than the last. They even serve a pulled pork toasty loaded with mac'n'cheese,

2. Grogan's
Grogan's is one of the most traditional pubs in the city and I literally beam with pride every time I'm in there as it still manages to keep that old Irish culture and charm.
Behind the bar you will see a fridge with pre-made ham and cheese or cheese and tomato sandwiches. They may be simple but believe me, have one of these with a pint of Archway by your side, with its clear golden body and early hop aroma with light pear and malt sweetness, and you'll never appreciate a lunch more.
1. Bibi's Café
These guys are the winner purely for the pan-toasted sambos they do, the heat seals in the flavour making sure they're delicious the whole way through.
