The Guinness Storehouse has launched a new Fire & Smoke menu and we’ll be first in line

The new Fire & Smoke menu explores how the roasting of Guinness barley at 232 degrees is a perfect flavour match with chargrilled, roasted and smoked foods – expect a taste sensation! The Guinness Storehouse has finally reopened, offering some incredible views, fun experiences and amazing food with the perfect drink pairing. With a fabulous new menu, you now have the chance to discover how beer and stout go perfectly with great food. Expect some seriously amazing grub such as smoky short ribs, monkfish and burgers which are of course perfectly paired with Guinness Draught, Citra IPA, or Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, to name just a few. If you're in the market for something a little more light and casual, you can head to Arthur's bar for a comforting cheese toastie or a hot dog, all made with the finest Irish ingredients. With a wonderful Creatives Against Covid exhibition, guided tours, culinary experiences and some of the best views of the city, we are buzzing to get back here.
