And that's why we are buzzing for this series of events taking place over the next few weeks in the Guinness Storehouse.
This autumn, the Guinness Storehouse will host a monthly Seafest Supper Club series – bringing together a showcase of the very best of Irish seafood and the very best of brewing.
To create a Supper Club series with a difference, award-winning Guinness Storehouse Head Chef Sean Hunter is collaborating with Niall Sabongi of Klaw for the event. Your feast table will be heaving with a veritable feast from the sea, including lobsters, flame-kissed oysters, garlic-drizzled shellfish and other seafood showcase dishes.
Expert Guinness beer sommelier Ian Colgan will also serve unique beer pairings for each of the dishes, guiding diners through the tasting notes of seafood and beer together.
The Guinness Storehouse knows how to throw a party, so expect a magical dinner setting in the Home of Guinness.
