We're going to go out on a limb here and say that you're a fan of cocktails, but are you any good at making them? If not, then we've just the thing for you.
The launch event for The Whiskey Shakers Experience is an immersive event taking place at the Jameson Distillery on Bow Street in Smithfield this October 26, where participants will be shown how to whip up a variety of cocktails by bartenders from JJ's Bar.
There are just 50 places available for this private event, but to get on the list for free all you need to do is sign up fast.
On the night guests will be invited into the Shakers Room where they can try their hand at making their very own Jameson Black Barrel Whiskey Sour and those that prove to be the most talented mixologists will bag themselves some prizes.
With some incredible cocktails available on the night, a few bites wouldn't go astray, and you'll be well looked after with delicious grub on the evening.
Music will be also be provided by a mix of DJs at the shindig, which will run from 7.30–11pm.
If you don't make the list, never fear — The Whiskey Shakers Experience is hosted three times a day, seven days a week and can be booked on jamesonwhiskey.com.
Hosted by a skilled Jameson bartender, it's a 90-minute cocktail masterclass where you explore the history, ingredients and recipes of Jameson cocktails and make them yourselves using professional bar tools.
The experience also includes a visit to the Bow St. Maturation House where you will learn more about Jameson whiskeys and the angel’s share. The Whiskey Shakers can host up to 16 people and is an experience to share with friends or colleagues.
