These New Purpose-Built Rental Apartments Are Open For Viewings This Week — Take A Look

This new Dublin apartment building was designed to suit the needs of a wide range of people — whatever their situation.

Neptune Apartments, the latest property from VERT, is located in the award-winning Honeypark Estate, Dun Laoghaire. Designed solely for the rental market, and loaded with amenities, they aim to make their occupants lives a lot easier.

Complete with its own gym, a private landscaped internal courtyard, free wi-fi in communal areas, designated resident car parking spaces, plentiful and secure bike storage spaces, Neptune aims to meet the needs of single professionals (but not limited to them).

There's no shortage of services in the vicinity either, with on-site shopping at Park Pointe and stores like Tesco Metro and Boots Pharmacy just a stone's throw away.

There's also a Costa Coffee on hand as well as the delectable Base Pizza, for those evenings you're not bothered to cook.

That probably won't be too often though, because your modern kitchen is well kitted out, boasting solid quartz worktops with shaker doors and slim-line brushed aluminium door handles, a quality dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and combi oven. The works.

You'll be comfortable in the living room too, with its bespoke furniture package, where you'll be able to kick back in front of your TV.

Couples are also catered to at Neptune.

The development, and the area surrounding it, is designed so you don't need to stray too far to have your needs met.

The apartments' bedrooms are large rooms with ample storage space and allow light to flood the space.

Most bedrooms are en suite as well as having a visitor’s bathroom. There's a shower/bath combo or shower rooms in all apartments.

Enjoy stunning views of Dublin's mountains and the sea from the stainless steel and glass balconies on the upper floors.

Even families will feel comfortable within the spacious apartments of the development. They're aiming to build a community here, so Neptune will feel like a neighbourhood to its occupants - this is enhanced by the on-site Resident Management Team and online software.

And with the nearby five-acre landscaped park with lake, playground, multi-sport playing area and picnic area, there's plenty to keep a family busy.

If you want a real viewing after feasting your eyes upon all those pics, you can visit Neptune Apartments this Wednesday April 26, 5.30-6.30pm and Friday April 28, 1-2pm.
