The bespoke dining experience will take place in the MART Gallery in Rathmines – an old fire station with buckets of character – on Thursday, November 28. It’s the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time together.
The concept of the event is to bring people together over great food and amazing wine. Gathering around the dinner table is a tradition that is recognised all over the world and this intimate evening will see guests enjoy a gorgeous three-course meal that has been inspired by 120 Santa Rita.
The three courses will be paired with four fabulous wines from the 120 Santa Rita range: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

With each course, guests will learn how 120 Santa Rita inspired the food partners’ culinary creations and diners can expect to enjoy some delectable dishes made with locally-sourced ingredients.
First, you’ll be treated to a fabulous starter comprised of fresh, seasonal ingredients before being invited to tuck into feast-style platters of food inspired by the 120 Santa Rita wines.
Then for dessert, each guest is invited to get a little creative! Nobó will serve two scoops of ice cream and you’ll get to customise your own dish with toppings like handmade warm chocolate fudge sauce, miso butterscotch sauce, cookie crumble, fruit, nuts and more.
That is what is really special about this whole event. You’re not just going along to eat food and drink wine. You’re also being brought together over the dinner table to share a truly unique experience, so it’s ideal for a long overdue catch up with pals.
