For a country that gets as much rain as Ireland does, we really don’t prepare for it.

So what do you do when you find yourself without a raincoat when it’s positively torrential?

This local mammy found a way.

We can only assume that these kids’ bin bag creations will also double as their Halloween costumes next year.
