A truck caught fire on the M50 northbound this afternoon.
Emergency services rushed to the scene where the truck had managed to park on a hard shoulder between J5 (Finglas) and J6 (Blanchardstown).
The smoke that issued from the flaming vehicle reduced visibility for drivers using the motorway.
