Raclette Has Arrived In Dublin And It’s Better Than We Ever Could’ve Imagined

niallharbison

We told you all about the new foodie market opening beside the Bernard Shaw recently and yesterday we had a quick look at it for the very first time.

While there are a bunch of incredible stalls, one in particular caught our attention.

The Ploughman’s Daughter are serving ‘Raclette’ at Eatyard.

Boiled baby potatoes and pickles – all smothered in molten Raclette cheese which is melted to order and scraped straight off the wheel onto your plate.

Trust us when we say that you have not lived until you try this dish!

The Ploughman’s Daughter serve their Raclette with home-pickled onions, pickles, sauces and a variety of optional toppings, from homemade plum relish to crispy bacon bits.

Their team are committed to using products that are Irish, seasonal and organic with everything served made in-house.

We’ve seen these all over the world and we can now all count our lucky stars that it has arrived in Dublin.

One to try this weekend fo-sho.
