There’s no where in Dublin quite like Hang Dai.
It brings a new and exclusive wave of Asian cuisine to Dublin along with a savage disguised venue on Camden Street.
Now, they’re taking brunch to a whole new level and we are beaming with excitement tbh.
The brunch menu will include Chinese and Hong Kong cuisine and will launch on Saturday September 1st.
Brunch will be served from 12pm–3:45pm.
Here’s a hint of what’s in store:
Chilli Fried King Prawn, Scrambled Egg & Prawn Crackers
Poached Eggs, Fried Rice Asparagus & Kimchi Hollandaise
Roast Chicken Noodle Soup
Sesame Prawn Toast With Yuzo Mayo
There will also be a steamed bun with ham hock and bacon and egg fried noodles with fermented chilli sauce.
Sounds intriguing.
Karl Whelan, Executive Chef said
“We’ve applied what we’ve learned in our two years of experimenting with Chinese and South East Asian flavours to some brunch classics. Some dishes are directly influenced by Asian dishes: the Thai tradition of fried rice with an egg on top served with chilli vinegar has inspired our Fried Rice, Tenderstem Broccoli, Poached Eggs and Kimchi Hollandaise; while our Steamed Bun, Braised Ham Hock, Poached Eggs & Kimchi Hollandaise is a take on a good old fashioned eggs Benny.”
Along with this menu comes some tasty cocktails.
The classic brunch coolers such as Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Bellinis and Espresso Martinis will be available.
Cheers to that!
We can’t wait to try it.
