Good News For A Sunny Day… There’s A New Bunsen Opening Next Week

Burgers are experiencing a moment right now.

Five Guys, Shake Shack and about 100 different independent chains are taking the world by storm, and people just can’t seem to get enough of a bit of mince beef topped with cheese in a bap. Looks like McDonald’s might have been onto something after all.

I’d put our very own Irish restaurant Bunsen right up there at the very top of list in terms of quality, experience and branding – and I think most people will agree it is the best burger in Dublin.

Now comes the news we’ve all been waiting for… they’re opening a second location. Yes, that ridiculous sign in Temple Bar is actually a smart piece of viral advertising for their new store which opens on Tuesday. It’ll be on Essex Street – and if you thought the Camden Street location was busy we’d hazard a guess that it’ll be even harder to get a table in here.
