A Homecoming For The Triumphant Leinster Team Will Take Place In Dublin Today

James Fenton

It was nervy but they got there.

Leo Cullen’s Leinster side were crowned European champions for the fourth time in their history yesterday in front of an adoring crowd of traveling supporters in Bilbao and many more watching at home.

There’ll be a few sore heads on fans and players alike today but the show must go on. The successful team, who defeated Racing 92 by a score of 15-12, will be presented in front of fans at Donnybrook Stadium from 4pm with a screening of yesterday’s game taking place beforehand from 2.30pm.

The weather has mostly been kind today so let’s hope it stays that way for the rest of the afternoon. Gates open at 2pm and you can secure your free tickets here
