Irish Rail has issued an appeal for the owner of a little dog who hopped on the train from Sallins to Heuston at 08:46 am this morning.
The black and brown dog which looks like a cross terrier was spotted when the train pulled into Dublin. He is now being cared for by staff at Heuston who are hoping to check for a microchip.
They are currently on the hunt for his owner and sent out an appeal on Twitter:
