So much for tap water being the free option.
One Lovin Dublin reader was eating in Liffey Valley’s Rapid River Spur Steak & Grill yesterday and asked for three tap waters to accompany their meal, he sent us a picture of his receipt.
€3 for tap water. Absolute disgrace.
This isn’t the first example of restaurant rip offs in the capital, we’ve also seen a Dublin café charge €21.56 for a salad and a lemonade and €4 for a cup of tea.
But with the introduction of water charges, are restaurants now justified for the charging of tap water?
