Mick Jagger And Ed Sheeran Met Up For A Cosy Lunch In Dublin This Week

It's not often we get two music superstars in the city at once so it's only natural that when we do they're bound to meet up for lunch.

That's exactly what Ed Sheeran and Rolling Stones lead singer Mick Jagger did as their tours crossed over in Dublin this week. According to The Sun, the pair picked a 'very posh and private' spot to meet up in the capital with a source telling the publication "Ed admires Mick enormously for all he’s achieved over a lifetime in music. He was keen to take his advice on board and listen to his experience."

While rumours circulated that Ed would join the Stones on the Croke Park stage last night, the appearance never materialised which is understandable, seeing as he has his own two gigs to prepare for at the Phoenix Park tonight and tomorrow.

The weather stayed kind at GAA HQ last night, and concert-goers will be glad to know that it'll do the same for Ed Sheeran's gigs, according to Met Éireann.
