3. Govindas

Have you ever walked past the queue on Aungier Street in the evenings? Govindas, a purely vegetarian spot, gives out €3 boxes of tasty, nutritious feed after 6.

It’s wholesome, delicious and an absolute steal.

4. Dublin Barista School

It’s 2pm, and you need that kick in your step to make it through the afternoon. That first cup of morning coffee has faded, but you don’t want to splurge on another 3 or 4 quid.

That’s when Dublin Barista School‘s coffee happy hour comes in handy. Stop in from 2-4pm daily for a €2 cup of ANY coffee.

Nicest afternoon pick-me-up I’ve had.

5. Alchemy Juice

If you’ve not tried an Alchemy matcha latte, here’s your chance. They do a €5.50 deal, where you pair a delicious matcha with a spirulina treat.

What’s that, you ask? A lovely, semi-sweet ball of goodness, packed with anti-oxidants and nutrients.

Believe me – the two are a nice pair.

6. Gourmet Burger Kitchen

For more of a feed, check out this spot, and take advantage of their small bite and burger deal.

It runs Monday-Thursday, and you choose from three different starters and three main attractions. This means you could pair a bowl of garlic mushrooms with a juicy grilled chicken burger – all for just €9.95.

Afternoon sorted.

7. Cornucopia

This €5.50 lunch deal will get you three of the freshest, healthiest salads in Dublin. Choose from Cornucopia’s wide selection, and they’ll pack it into a takeaway or load up a plate.

We’re not talking flimsy lettuce salads either – they’ll fill ye up with hearty beans, rice, veg, and proteins.

Hunger conquered, wallet full.

8. Donnybrook Fair

This modern cafe and grocery has every pick-me-up you could ask for. From fruit smoothies, to flat whites, to freshly baked goods, it’s a nice place to pop in and cure that rumbling stomach.

The scones are nearly always warm, there are loads of options to choose from, and they’re only 2 for €2.
